Course Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment Process
Course enrollment is completed through our online enrollment form. Enrollment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us and payment terms have been agreed upon.
Payment Terms
Course fees must be paid according to the payment schedule provided upon enrollment. We accept various payment methods as specified in your enrollment confirmation. Payment plans may be available for courses exceeding £400.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund if you withdraw within 7 days of enrollment and before the second course session. After this period, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rated basis according to the number of remaining sessions, minus an administrative fee of £50.
Course Delivery
We reserve the right to:
- Modify course schedules, locations, or formats with reasonable notice
- Cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment, with full refunds provided
- Substitute instructors when necessary
- Update course content to reflect current information and best practices
Student Responsibilities
As a student, you agree to:
