How do I enroll in a course?
Visit our courses page, select the programme that interests you, and complete the enrollment form. We'll respond within 48 hours with confirmation and joining details.
Are courses available online?
Most adult programmes offer hybrid options, allowing you to attend either in-person or online. Children's courses are primarily in-person to maintain engagement.
What if I miss a session?
We provide recordings and materials for missed sessions. You're welcome to arrange a brief catch-up discussion with the instructor during office hours.
Do you offer refunds?
Full refunds are available if you withdraw within 7 days of enrollment and before the second session. After that, we offer pro-rated refunds based on remaining sessions.
Can I switch to a different course?
If you feel a course isn't the right fit, contact us within the first two weeks. We'll work with you to find a more suitable programme and transfer your fees accordingly.
Are payment plans available?
Yes, we offer installment options for courses over £400. Discuss this with us when enrolling and we'll arrange a schedule that works for you.
