About Our Mission
Building financial confidence in Leeds, one student at a time
Where We Started
Five years ago, a group of financial educators in Leeds noticed a troubling pattern. Adults were making expensive mistakes with mortgages, pensions, and debt because no one had taught them the basics. Children were growing up without understanding the value of money, unprepared for the financial realities they'd face.
We knew something had to change.
What began as weekend workshops in community centers has evolved into comprehensive programmes serving families across Leeds. We've taught over 800 students, from seven-year-olds learning to budget their pocket money to entrepreneurs restructuring their business finances.
What Drives Us
Accessibility
Financial literacy shouldn't be exclusive. We've designed our programmes to be clear, jargon-free, and welcoming to everyone, regardless of their starting point.
Practicality
Theory matters only when you can apply it. Every lesson includes tools and frameworks you'll actually use in your daily financial decisions.
Empowerment
Our goal isn't to create dependency but to give you the skills and confidence to make informed choices independently.
Community
Learning alongside others creates accountability and perspective. Our students often form lasting connections that extend beyond the classroom.
Who Teaches
Our instructors bring diverse backgrounds in education, finance, and business, united by a passion for making complex topics understandable.
Experience That Matters
Each instructor has worked in finance, accounting, or business for at least ten years before transitioning to education. They understand the real-world implications of what they teach because they've lived it.
Teaching Philosophy
We don't lecture at you; we engage with you. Expect questions, discussions, and scenarios that challenge you to think critically about money decisions. Our classes are conversations, not monologues.

Would Recommend
Parents tell us their children now ask thoughtful questions before requesting purchases. Adults share stories of finally clearing credit card debt or starting investment accounts they'd put off for years. Business owners report making decisions with clarity they never had before.
These aren't dramatic overnight transformations. They're the result of consistent learning, practice, and gradual shifts in mindset. That's the kind of change that lasts.
How Our Classes Work
Small Groups
We cap classes at 12 participants to ensure everyone gets individual attention and can ask questions without competing for airtime.
Flexible Scheduling
Evening and weekend options accommodate working professionals and parents. Children's programmes align with school terms.
Hybrid Options
Most courses offer both in-person sessions at our Leeds location and online alternatives for those who prefer remote learning.
Resource Library
Course materials, templates, and reference guides remain accessible after completion so you can revisit concepts as needed.
